Frank,
Here is CK's e-mail address.

Christopher_Kimball@americastestkitchencorp.com

I am assuming that Jack's would be

Todd,

I have been talking with CI today, I think we will see some action on their part on Friday.

Thanks

Great job, Frank! I am curious what kind of action we can expect to see tomorrow. I wait with bated breath...

Bravo for not giving up on them. I hope they realize how lucky they are that you didn't just walk away from them for good completely P.O.'ed and disillusioned like so many others have. They are very fortunate that you care enough to try to get them to open their eyes about everything!

Please keep us posted. I am anxious to hear what happens...

I thought Michelle wrote a very nice, respectful, and to the point letter on the CI board today.

I completely agree. I was very impressed with her writing.

It was a beautiful letter. No response to it will speak volumes.

Here ya go, Fuzzy

I, too, thought it was a very well written post. I wonder what the survival rate is for a post of that nature these days...12 hours, 36 at most? Care to start a friendly wager, anyone? ;)

Frank, you had said awhile back that they were going to do some things in response to all the negative feedback. I, personally, haven't noticed anything. Am I missing something?

Renee,

Jacqui & I have been coorisponding, I am composing a letter to Jacqui, David Tytell, (web guy) & Mr. Bishop, (power behind the throne) in hopes of getting sombodies ear.

So far they have seemed receptive, evidenced by the referenced post not yet being deleted, and Jacqui actually posted an update http://www.americastestkitchen.com/ibb/ ... p=1#272549 giving some detail and seeking input from the board. Jacqui and I have been discussing the open letter to CK post.

We shall see...
