She's a bully. And a phoney. I keep wondering why she is never in the photos of her million dollar custom kitchen.....and there's never anything in there with which to cook - or even cute. In the last photos however, she left cleaning supplies out. Hope her employer didn't catch her.......

In this situation she posted the following:

Somewhere, RECENTLY, I read an article that stated that chefs all over are now re-evaluating the old premise about making stock: The essence of the article (and I don't recall it being very long) was that the bulk of the flavor extracted from the bones during stock making occurs within the first hour, so there is no reason for it to cook so long after that. Also, clear stock is not as beneficial as once thought (unless you plan on serving it as is). Apparently, there is no difference in outcome between clear and cloudy stock when adding it to other ingredients to complete a recipe.

I suggested that the article was probably about pressure cooker stock. She ignored my thoughts and I sent her a personal message requesting a clarification and she refused. I responded with some pointed comments. She went a little off the tracks in slapping me around.

Actually, I did read that; I just don't pay so much attention her combativeness/rudeness anymore. (And I do pay attention to your postings ) She's gone after me a number of times.

I think I got one of the nastiest (or NASTIEST as she would say) from her. We had to take it to the PM level. Boy, she can be b**chy. Don't know if you noticed but there was only one compliment on her last fete - the one for her husband's employees. I thought it might cool her heels but she came right back with a New Year's Eve party for hundreds! I'm drawn like a moth to the flame reading her posts. I'm waiting for a tally on her LC pots (both used and still in the carton), then I'll quit.

Speaking of queens and I mean deserved and revered queens,

Does anyone have a clue about Crystal and Rod Fouch? I think I understand her disappearance but often think of her family and hope for the best.

I don't spend enough time on TOBB to know who you're talking about, but you know you are seriously tempting me to get in touch with my inner troll, right? I quit that board because I was having way too much fun arguing and it didn't seem like a good idea to keep going there just because I wanted a fight. Still, y'all are so nice here it makes me long for the beet sugar guy. Sometimes.

Tim....did you say that she lives here in Denver? I haven't been on TOB in years, but it would almost be worth it to see if I can figure out where she is. Then Amy and I can go and check out her kitchen!
