I was making Shepherd's Pie last week. I like to make a crust for it rather than using the 'authentic' mashed potato topper. I had some whole wheat pastry flour in the freezer that I bought on a whim with my last KAF order. Made the dough with the pastry flour. Big mistake. The dough was really HEAVY!
