Other than okra or brussel sprouts, there is little more I loathe and detest than jello. Ugggghhhh. All that slimey, gooey "stuff" going down my throat. Oh, gag.
I do however, love my kid. So, when he found a recipe in a magazine for "Ambrosia," and insisted we make it for Easter, I acquiesced. Here it is now:
