					| That is very cool. I don't have much call to separate eggs since I don't bake, but that is still cool.

					| That is way cool. I love meringue in any form so I have been separating eggs since I was a little girl and seldom have problems, but this is super easy. _________________

 Actually, I find the very best tool for separating eggs is my fingers.  However, if the eggs are straight from the fridge, I can only do about 3 before my hands get uncomfortably cold.
