You should give the podcast a listen too. Lynn Rosetta Casper has the friendly voice ever.

Last night, one of my true signs of spring: BBQ'd chicken wings. Damn, I love those.

I am making wings tonight. Buffalo, oven baked, it is SO not grill season here. That and some salad wins me good mommy points.

CI's chicken tikka masala. I forgot how good this is! It needs to go on a more frequent rotation.

A Burmese Red Pork Stew from an old Bon Apetit. Good as written, but will improve with a few tweaks. It uses the local technique of making a dark caramel as part of the braising liquid. I couldn't bring myself to add the amount of sambal olleck listed, but now think that it wouldn't have been too much, given how much caramel I made.

Last night’s dinner was pizza made with left over braciole, sausage, and sauce from a weekend dinner. Our current braciole recipe is made with bread crumbs, parsley, kalamata olives, garlic, cheese, and toasted pine nuts in a very thin round cutlet that makes pinwheels about width of a silver dollar. I always try to reserve some for the awesome pizza it makes.
