I'm thinking someone should film these and you could have your own youtube channel.
If you haven't done soup basics then I'd file that away for one of the next sessions.

Jean,
Actually the Program Director (Scott) would love that. I cater a few times a year for different library events (usually the film series), and they usually request soups. He absolutely loves my soups.
