Just a f/u to my pot roast from above. I made it last weekend (we were having family for dinner and I assumed it was also the Superbowl, yes, I don't watch football) and reheated. It was very good, but I didn't count on the fact that it would break down even further when reheating,even gently. When doing again I would not shred it before, I'd leave in bigger pieces.
However, the leftovers translated into excellent shepherd's pie, 2 of which are in my freezer. Thanks for the advice.

Reminds me of high school. I played Olive Madison in The Odd Couple: Female Version. "She leaves me little notes. 'We're out of dish soap, F.U.' It took me three weeks to figure out that 'F.U.' was 'Florence Unger.'"

Ohh ... I couldn't really figure out what it was, I was brain locked on something else.
