Sounds great, Fuzzy. Sure beats the PB&J on multi-grain that I had for dinner. I was too beat to cook.

Chicken curry with Pataks Madras Curry Paste and some coconut milk served over rice. Fast food I can live with.

Darcie's pancakes!!!!! Yes, I know we're a day late but that's the way life is lately. So we had pancake tuesday on Ash Wednesday.
DH, who hates breakfast for dinner, loved them. Said he didn't mind eating them for dinner. We all loved them. Doubled the recipe and we had none left.
Seriously good pancakes.

Tonight was baked chicken and roasted brussels sprouts, but I also made CC's popovers. Really good and decently reheatable.

Darcie, Mary,

Since we're leaving town tommorrow, tonight was take-in for us; I picked up dinner at the Japanese deli in the Ferry Building. Kris had a ginger/egg beef bowl, and I had a mushroom/lotus curry bowl.

Last night I made soba with peanut sauce and spicy sauteed scallops and broccoli. Tonight I stir-fried the leftover scallops and broc with some roasted garlic and plain pasta. Then I made some lo-mein with lots of good stuff, for the non-spicy eaters.
(I finished the peanut soba for breakfast)
Tomorrow I think it will be Parmesan crusted chicken cutlets, sweet potato fries (baked) and green beans.

Last night I made a ragu of short ribs and served it over polenta.

It was a cold (68F), wet, stormy day here, so the meal was great comfort food.

If you think cold is 68 degrees, I invite you to visit us! We *might* get up to 50 degrees by the middle of next week and we're all ready to break out the beach wear!

Becky, thanks for giving me an idea for dinner tomorrow! I love this board.

Tonight we're having breakfast for dinner (Strata and fruit salad). It was supposed to be breakfast for breakfast, but Geekboy got a last minute chance to switch shifts with someone, and since it meant he'd only have to face 2 hours of iPad weirdness, rather than 4, he took it.
