So I get the weekly ATK newsletter and today, in a recipe consisting of just three steps, they get two of them wrong.
It has you cooking a 3# pork tenderloin for over an hour, and letting it rest for 20 minutes. From the comments heading the article I figured that cooking it for a total of 35 minutes and letting it rest for 50 was the desired action.
If anyone blindly follows that recipe they will have a lump of dry pork, covered in charred pepper. And they will never trust what used to be a great resource again.
