Great article Lindsay!

We use either the cold-from-the-box caveman method, or the skillet method.

Todd, I love your George Forman idea though! I finally figured out how to make a cheeseburger with it, by propping up the lid as you described. We will try that for pizza next time :)

Yes, really. Heck, that's why we have one at the office. Well, that and the fire hazard value.

We got a toaster oven at work, too. It is the only thing I miss from work. Well, that and my desk chair (which I own, so the company gets no credit there). I need to req' a 30" monitor so at least something else is better at work...

Cast iron skillet, and then to finish it off, flip it cheese side down onto the hot surface for about a minute.

You'll never go back.
