So there is a new, digital magazine calling itself Pastry Arts. It looks a lot like the Pastry Arts and Design of the past, but I’m not sure if it’s at all connected. The first issue was fairly interesting. As always, there are loads of pretty pictures.

Thanks Becky! Interesting articles, esp. the ones about using koji and aquafaba. I wonder if this was just a brief "teaser" free view of some of the magazine, since it does cost for a subscription?

I was offered a free year by a coworker, and just linked to my subscription.
