Post subject:  Friends of CI - new recipe test
I, along with many of you, were unceremoniously purged awhile back after many years of being a test cook for CI. I accepted this decision, though not its method, and moved on. Yesterday I was sent a new recipe to test!! :o To paraphrase: "To cook or not to cook, etc." SUGGESTIONS???

I posted this same dilemma under the CI Heading. I received two recipes to test. I might do the one. The other one doesn't interest me and it's way too cold to even try.

Thanks Talanhart, I had not noticed that topic area and it is a more appropriate spot. My recipe seems quite unappealing and the weather is wrong but it is hard for me to resist testing anything!

:( I began to feel like I was unpaid help. It was fun at first but with no feed back, I just felt that they were taking advantage of us instead of paying their testers.
