The vegans are the only ones I figured would be buying them. Unless somewhere down the road they become cheaper to use than regular eggs, and begin showing up in commercial items. |

Josh: The link between dietary cholesterol and serum cholesterol is tenuous at best. Read the literature. If you want to attack the saturated fat go ahead, but an egg only has 5 grams of fat and 1.5 of saturated fat. |
