Folks,
Just found some of this at a natural foods store over the weekend. It's straight, unprocessed, dried sugarcane juice (which "sugar in the raw" is not). As a result, it has a really strong molasses flavor; it works as a substitute for barbedos molasses in small quantities. And much easier to transport if you're on a trip.
