I enjoyed some of these http://www.thekitchn.com/sweet-and-mild ... eal-121431 this week. They were a little larger than a marble. Unbelievably sweet, candy like. They were roasted and finished with a bit of 25 yr old balsamic. http://www.thekitchn.com/in-season-west-5-14344 I gotta find some of these and try to duplicate. |

They are readily available in grocery stores here, so I can't imagine Central Market doesn't carry them. Agreed...they are wonderful. Amy |

They are available in Chicago for about $2 per pound. Unfortunately, that's 200 miles.... Tim |

When they are in season, they will have them at most Meijer stores. Then again, Meijer has always had surprisingly good produce. |

Huh, I'm used to cipollini being wide and flat, like little oniony flying saucers. |
