Hi folks,
Amy's been putting a little bug in my ear over the past week and i figured if I put up a post she might stop sending harassing emails. I miss you all to pieces, my job has changed quite a bit over the past two years and I don't have nearly the "thinking" time I used to... But I'm still cooking and experimenting like a fiend. Been playing around with organ meats lately, so if anybody else has done that, we need to talk!!
Can't wait to catch up with all of you!
