Jean,

I might get to go to Toronto in August. We'll see.

I'm likely in Italy the first 2 weeks of August. Just in case you have a choice. :-)

I need some clarification, please.

Wikipedia tells me this:
Quote:
Za'atar[1] (Arabic: زَعْتَر‎, IPA: [ˈzaʕtar]) is a generic name for a family of related Middle Eastern herbs from the genera Origanum (oregano), Calamintha (basil thyme), Thymus (typically Thymus vulgaris, i.e., thyme), and Satureja (savory).[2] The name za'atar alone most properly applies to Origanum syriacum, considered by many to be the hyssop (Hebrew: אזב‎ Hebrew pronunciation: [ezɒv]) of the Bible.[3] It is also the name for a condiment made from the dried herb(s), mixed with sesame seeds, dried sumac, and often salt, as well as other spices.[4] Used in Arab cuisine, both the herb and spice mixture are popular throughout the Middle East.[5][6]

What did you buy to plant :?: :?:

I'm jealous!

I've ordered from them a number of times, and always had success with their seeds and plants. And it amazes me how the shipping costs are less than most closer places.
