And I don't mean in the freezer - they are still growing, despite the horrible winter we had here. I didn't harvest as much as usual in the winter, as the tunnel was covered with snow quite often, and we had such cold temps that I couldn't uncover them w/o freezing them instantly. I kept going out, after those single digit spells, or after the snow would melt from the top of the tunnel, and look, to see if there was any green still! It is amazing how those things survived. The lettuce, mizuna, and chard died off early on, as expected, and I harvested all of the yu choy, as it flowered. And all of the bok choy was gone, but it is coming back! Almost all are bolting, or close to it, but they are still good at this stage, unlike other greens, which are disgustingly bitter, once they have a hint of going to seed.

The first 8 photos show just a little of what I still had growing on 3-20, and the rest of the photos show the early crops.

I am so impressed as usual. What a nice surprise to uncover the survivors.
