OMG....Mary, I just made the Coconut Curry Caramel Corn and it is to die for! My only problem is that I need a bigger boat, I mean bowl, to mix it in before baking. I will be lucky if this gets to the party tonight as all of my collegians are home and staring at it in the oven! Thanks for the great idea, Mary! Karen |

Karen, I gave my friends the bacon jam last night and they all went nuts. I told them about the 2nd choice and they went nuts again. One of them is having a holiday party so I said I might make some. With that review, I will DEFINITELY make some. Mary |

I just made that popcorn. HOLY CRAP! It is so darn good! I need to step away from it, I think I just now got Type 2 Diabetes. My daughter's friend came over and tried it and she said "you could sell that, I mean for LOTS of money". Then I could pay for my insulin! Mary |

i just made a quadruple batch of the butter toffee popcorn from CC. Will be bagged in the a.m. for the kids on the hockey teams. I will likely need to make another double batch, we'll see how many bags I can get. |

Great idea! One of the friends I gave it to said she mixed it with pasta. Another said her husband was just eating it out of the jar. I am saving the rest of mine for burgers. Mary |
