I'm looking for a recipe for Easter,

Back in the 1980's Julia Child had a column in "Parade Magazine" (the Sunday newspaper supplement) that included Easter recipes. She included a wonderful recipe for a savory bone-in cured ham, no fruit or sugars. As I remember, the ham was coated in an herb/breadcrumb crust, kind of like a rack of lamb.

We used the recipe a number of times and lost it years ago. Any ideas?

Tim
