Well here's the confusion that I see: TJ Maxx isn't Trader Joes, what Fuzzy (Josh) was referring to. Unless I'm also not getting the meaning of your link between TJ Maxx and TJ's Tim.

I thought that might be it. Trader Joe's has had an online site for a long time. I use it often when I enter ingredients in my Living Cookbook. They don't sell anything from the site, just have products, some recipes, upcoming store list, etc.

Dredging up this thread for ideas for black garlic. Did anyone ever find good uses for it? I have some and am not sure what to do with it.

As long as we're reviving this thread:

This season, TJ's introduced frozen "tempura shrimp". Pretty good. Heat them up in a 425F convection oven and they crisp nicely.
