Juli and I have joined up, having been invited after expressing my frustration in dealing with ATK customer service. Thanks for the invitation, wino! Looks like a good board. We're just a couple amateur cooks who like to cook and like to eat. We've got a food blog that has been going for a few months now. Welcome. I like your blog. I love the idea of the Greek meatballs. You probably need an egg in that mix. What I would do is find a "normal" meatball recipe and sub lamb for beef and use the spices you had. I bake every meatball recipe but that shouldn't be an issue for how they hold together. Keep working on that one! Mary |
