I voted for a different date...Halloween weekend. I know I'm in the minority, but earlier is difficult for me because of work.

Amy,
That would be very hard for me to do. I'm leaving town for Lima on Nov. 3.
Also, hotels would be fairly expensive/inaccessible that weekend.

Just to complicate matters, I voted for 18-19 October (sorry). This would allow us to visit our friends in the same week who would be back from France by then.
We'll be doing a Maritime New England/Canada cruise during Labor Day week instead of being in CA.
But nothing is certain with work the way it is - don't necessarily count on me being able to attend in October.

Understood Pete. If I were in your shoes I'd vote for that weekend too.
If it is that weekend, I cannot attend. I'll be in NY for a wedding.
What say the rest of you?

For the end of October/Beginning September I'll be in Japan.
It doesn't look like we can get more than 3 people together on any given date.

Local conference Nov 2-4. Lima Nov. 10-15.
Yeah. This is the problem with me needing to be there. You'll note that I missed the first 3 TOBB gatherings ...
