Just curious, is this a person...thing...what. What does it mean if that name or thing shows up as logged into the board?

Google (and other search engines) "wander through" the board so the posts can show up in their indexes. Google "so much drama" cooks board and you'll find a favorite thread that's getting some more visits lately. For some reason the 'search bots' (that's the name for the programs that automatically wander through the board) show up as "members" in the activity list (I think so Fuzzy can measure how well the board is covered by the various search engines, if he might care about that). |

Pete, Actually, it's so that I can set what the bots can search and what they can't. It's a nice thing bot owners do. |
