My daughter has recently been using
Pamela's Products (in grocery stores)---gf bead mix, pancake mix, muffin mix, etc for my grandson, Alex. Her family seemed happy with the bread but I wasn't there at the time to sample myself. Someone here mentioned
Udi's breads---I'm trying this bread this wk so will report back (toast for breakfast, plain for sandwiches, curious to eat plain right out of the bag too). Alex eats it toasted with peanut butter, likes it, a very picky eater.
A really good pasta we've tried and loved is
BiAglut an Italian brand distributed in the U.S. by Heinz Company. It's corn based, probably why it's so good compared to rice based pasta. If you ever need to make a cold pasta dish with this try it out first, as we didn't experiment with it that way so no comment there. BiAglut (all varieties) is available online at
http://www.celiac.com/glutenfreemall/ Good luck, Amy! Also thanks to all who have commented, given other brand names.
