I am baking "Baked Brownies" for tomorrow night. I just checked my refrigerator and of course I only have 4 eggs and I need 5. I knew I should have bought some last night when I was at the store.

I am baking the brownies from my "Baked" cookbook. These are the best brownies I have ever made.

I was wondering the same thing. And also, how many baked cookbooks does he have?

If one should fall into the sink then baking it will dry it out in a timely fashion. Considering the crappy glue used in most bindings today that would make it more likely to just fall apart the next time it was opened.

Todd, I've been considering that book. It's been in my Amazon cart for months. Is there anything else in that book you recommend?

I really like the "Sweet and Salty" cake. It is a Chocolate Cake, with caramel and sea salt between each layer and a whipped caramel ganache frosting.

Here is a list of the recipes:

Adult Hot Chocolate
Almond Ganita
Almond Green Tea Cupcakes
Almond Paste
Baked Bars
Baked Brown Cow.
The Baked Brownie
Baked Tri-color Cookies
Banana Cupcakes
Banana Espresso Chocolate Chip Muffins
Banana Pecan Piloncillo Ice Cream
Berry Butter
Black Forest Cookies
Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie
Brewer's Blondies
Brown Sugar Caramel Sauce
Butterscotch Pudding Tarts

If any of those sound interesting, let me know and will add the writeup about it from the cookbook.

I have now made that Salty Caramel Chocolate cake about half a dozen times....didn't realize it came from that book. Now I might have to get it.
