| Post subject: | Individual Appetizers |
Hi everyone....does anyone have any suggestions for individual appetizers? We have new neighbors and a friend is having a socially distanced meet and greet for them. She has asked me to bring an appetizer that would be appropriate for these times. Nothing to dip, etc. I would love some suggestions for something that isn’t too involved or labor intensive. Appetizers aren’t generally my favorite thing to make. |

Well, there are the always popular deviled eggs. Chilled poached shrimp, tossed in a spicy dressing. Grilled meat on a stick, variety of your choice. One we did when I worked in catering was a short skewer with mozzarella pearls, basil leaves, cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with a bit of balsamic vinegar. Chicken or tuna salad, served on a leaf of endive. An assortment of olives. |
