Favorite CI Chocolate Dessert Recipe?

Now you wished you'd never asked, as you'll have to try all of them. Of course, you have to figure out what your favorite is, so you can help answer this question, if it is ever asked in the future.

Another vote for the Flourless Chocolate cake since it can be made ahead and frozen. You'll need a springform pan though. Not sure if that's a consideration.

I never tried the flourless cake, but I have made many from other books, so maybe it just looked similar. I haven't ever made one that I didn't like, so I'm sure that is also good!

Bittersweet chocolate cake, flourless chocolate cake, old fashioned chocolate cake, chocolate cream pie are my favorites, particular likes include mint brownies and oatmeal chocolate fudge bars (or something like that name from the family baking book)...I'm sure there are others

A belated vote for the Sour Cream Bundt cake. As others have said, it also makes great layers, and I've made cupcakes as well.

I am torn. I am thinking Chocolate Walnut tart for Thanksgiving because the name is so tempting. My husband's birthday is in Jan... Maybe I will make the sour cream cake then due to the rave reviews. And that ganache recipe sounds amazing.
