Here is what I found in a popular Argentinian cooking site (translated): "Currently chivito has the traditional goat, plus steaks (veal and ham), mayonnaise, cheese (mozarella), lettuce, sliced tomato, egg, red pepper and green olives. Over the years variations have been invented such as as the Canadian Goat, which includes pancetta or bacon, and a fried egg." I also work with a bunch of Argentinians. I'll see if anyone can point me to a site with an English recipe. --Lisa |

That was great! Torta Cubana with Asada! Could have had Cabeza, Carnitas, Chicharron, Lengua, Adobada, Al Pastor, Barbacoa, Bisteck, or Fajita. |
