JB,

I know my spice collection exceeds 60 different spices, because the spice rack holds 77 and it's full, plus there's stuff which doesn't fit in there (smoke salts, za'atar, some cans of spanish paprika, etc.), and a plastic bin full of Penzey's plastic envelopes. This looks even more obsessive when you find out that I'm not a fan of spice mixes; I have only a handful. The rest of those are all "pure" spices.

When I built the spice rack 20 years ago, my then-roommate laughed at me, since it was only about 1/3 full. I'd built it to fill the space rather than to fit my spice collection.

Oooo I forgot the ones in the cupboard that aren't on the rack. I may actually have a few more than 60.

It used to be more, but it's difficult to be adventurous with so many people to please.
