Has anyone made any of the recipes from her cookbook? Cookster had her featured today with a Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp. DH loves strawberry/rhubarb pie, but I thought this looked more interesting (I've never cooked rhubarb). Some of the other recipes available looked really good as well. Here's the link to the recipe. Well, I answered my own question. I've made two of her cookies and they are both really good. Thin Crispy and Chewy Chocolate Chips cookies remind me of chocolate lace cookies. They are really thin, but somehow manage to be crispy/caramely at the edge and chewy in the center. They keep without getting hard for a few days in a plastic baggie. This will be my go to CC cookies now. |
