| HI, I think the cooking method should relate to the cut and the standard marbling scale. A Grade 12 steak is best sliced thin and cooked like foie gras:  A Grade 4 steak may be cooked like any other steak:  Tim | |

| Kobe sliders with brioche buns, served with an herb butter and sauteed mushrooms. I've done these before when I had ground kobe, and they were very good. A full-sized burger can be a bit overwhelming with that much fat. Amy | |
