At home, NPR or an audiobook. At work, my pandora shuffle or the crap top 10 radio that is the only station that comes in at all well in the bakery.
Last time I worked in a bakery, the other two bakers wanted Gangsta Rap. Yay. Once in a while we'd listen to the college radio station. That consisted of a mix of pretty great music and the DJ grousing over the musical tastes of college student.
Way back when I was in food service, no music was allowed by the owner. Frankly, I'm not sure we could have heard anything over the dishwasher anyway.

I've tried Pandora, but it insists that I must love "Sounds of Silence." I tell it no, but it thinks it just needs to find the right version. There are a lot of versions of "Sounds of Silence."
"Sound of Silence" is actually part of a subtle brainwashing program designed to make you buy music online in your sleep. Check your credit card statement.
