I haven't done it yet (going out to the garden until dark), but I am making some Szechwan eggplant (16 cloves), which I am going to use some of that dried eggplant in. Works great, as the EP gets sort of mushy in this dish, anyway.

They have so many national ....... days, that they had to start overlapping when it exceeded 365!
