Folks,
I'll be moving to Portland, OR in the very near future (like, January). I don't *think* anyone on the Board is in Portland, but if you are, I'm looking for a rental house. Plus, y'know, we should meet up.
This will not affect running the Board, which is on a server in San Antonio regardless.
Anyway, Now You Know.

Big move, congratulations. I have a good friend in Portland and will ask her about rentals. Anything specific you are looking for?

I lived there for over 30 years until we retired then moved to MT. Great city. I can't help with home rentals, I never had any contact with that. I do wish you and your sweetie a smooth move, I know you'll love your new home.

Mary,
Our goal is: 1500 to 1900sqft, $2000, 2-3 bedroom and 1.5 to 2 bath, unfinished basement, workshop or extra large garage, cats OK. Prefer NorthEast. Of course, we'll probably need to compromise on that a bit.

Nice, Fuzzy! Maybe you'll be able to grow some things now, that the fog/humidity was preventing in the past. Good luck finding what you are looking for.

Mary,
Thanks!
And yeah, I am looking forward to being able to grow tomatoes and peppers.
