Our neighbors are going out of town, and left us with half of a half gallon of half and half.

Try saying that fast three times.

Anyway, ideas?

Make and freeze mashed potatoes for side dishes. I use it in coffee so we go through a litre every 2-3 weeks.

Wow, great suggestions. I especially like the half-ton of scalloped potatoes.

Someone on twitter suggested making cheese, though, which was my "Duh!" moment.

Hmmnm, I think that's more like a half of a half of a ton.
