I second that, Tim, as far as Breville's high level of customer service (and the quality of their products). I ordered a second bowl/lid for my Sous Chef FP (the coolest appliance I've ever owned, BTW) but the bowl didn't come with a gasket. I called them, thinking it was an omission, but the guy said that they are separate parts. Without missing a beat he said they would send me one free of charge and I think they shipped it express. I also have the medium-size countertop oven (without convection) and shutter at the thought of ever having to buy another brand
