I don't read enough. What a novel presentation. I like the idea of smoked, hard boiled eggs - maybe quail, maybe in a sausage wrap with a mock Hollandaise sauce pipette. How to keep warm? How about in a crock pot filled with some sort of filler, like dried rice, standing on end? Set on low the crock pot should be in the 150F range. If you have a sous vide/PID controller, you might be able to dial in a lower number with a water bath under the presentation pan.

I don't have pipettes available here but now you have me thinking about small cups of smoked sausage holding a deep fried egg yolk that is swimming in a mock Hollandaise. Hmmm.

Today's ideas are seared beef with a Gorgonzola sauce and puff pastry, brie and a raspberry sauce. Both sound good right now, but then it is dinner time!

A fried ravioli with the gorgonzola sauce might be nice too. and yes, both do sound good.

How big is the opening on the Pipette? Would a pesto work? You could do a Grilled chicken with Grape tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper or some other vegetables.

If not pesto, a basil and garlic infused olive oil would work.

The opening is pretty small, but they are plastic so I could always cut them above the smaller bottom area. Something to consider!

I ordered 100 pipettes today for $12.95 with free shipping. I hope that was a good price.

Had not seen these before, very interesting. Awefully pretty with the Caprese. I sort of like the grilled chicken, grape tomato and a basil leaf idea. It could easily be served cold. Basil garlic oil sounds perfect with it. But, really I think the Caprese are lovely too.
