I just read the thread for 2011 and wondered what youz guyz is up to????
It's been a crazy working day but I managing to throw together a simple, classic meal for the 2 of us
Appetizer plate:
- A selection of Gorgonzola and aged Gouda with Italian green olives stuffed with cream cheese
- Steamed and then chilled artichoke with aioli
- Kistler 2005 Hudson Vineyard Chardonnay
Main:
- Carmelized steak with carmelized onions & carmelized mushrooms
- roasted aspargus with butter & lemon
- L'Ecole No. 41, 2005 Perigee (blend of red grapes)
Dessert:
- fresh fruit
- Bernard Callebaut dark chocolate wafers
- Lamarca Prosecco (Italian bubbly)
