Todd's bloglink showed an example of a chocolate tasting. Jesbelle's reminded me that a tasting of the hard cheeses would be fun (parm reggiano, domestic parms, pecorino, padrano, etc).
Any other ideas for tastings to do at home that would be fun and interesting for guests? I like the chocolate idea and the hard cheeses idea, as this is something anybody can relate to.
Does anyone have any other good resources for tastings?
