I just harvested a large amount of greens today, since it is supposed to get into the low teens the next two nights. I got a bunch of bok choy, komatsuna, senposai, and tatsoi, plus some lettuce, mizuna, chard, and the last few shogoin. I remembered making this delicious dressing in the spring, and a couple of times since, so I made another double recipe of it, to use on some of those greens. This time, I wrote it in my book of favorites, so I won't lose it.
