I just finished reading Flavor Flours by Alice Medrich. I want to make almost all the recipes in the book. I love that it is precise, gives weights and is clear on what works best for each recipe. I've ordered some fine rice flours, teff and sourghum to start. I also finished Baking with Less Sugar and I'm trying to decide what to make first from that one. Anyone have experience with either?

I wish I could get as excited about Cooking books as I do about Baking ones.

Emilie, I will let you know how they work. I tend to reduce sugar on my own all the time, but it is nice to try tested recipes.
