Post subject:  Need recommendation for Barefoot Contessa Cookbook
I'd like to buy one as a gift for my SIL. Easy, not fussy recipes. Anyone have a favorite that meets this criteria? I'll also take a few out of the library but thought I'd start here.

I have most of her cookbooks and imo her earlier books are by far the best of the lot.
