I've got some lamb in the freezer. I think I'll try this.

I want to make the sour cherry and walnut stick. He says he likes to use a white bread flour that includes rye flour, malted barley flour, and wheat flakes. I do have rye and wheat flakes. What sort of blend should I make? The recipe also contains buckwheat flour.

I have had a mini bundt cake pan for years... rarely used. I made the peach and raspberry teacakes today, and they were amazing! Moist, light, and not too sweet. I've got to try the lavender honey next.

The turkey and corn meatballs with red pepper sauce are so delicious! I made a beet and walnut salad and bacon sautéed beet greens alongside. Wonderful. I definitely need to double next time though.

So Plenty is available on Kindle for my iPad for $9.99. Please tell me it is not worth it since I have Jerusalem in hardback. With Kindle I don't have the excuse of lack of space, so I need help.

I don't have it. My success with Ottolenghi has made me want the others though... Isn't that one vegetarian? He does great things with vegetables.

Oh dang, that sounds good.

Seriously, I just found the recipe online and it looks like perfect "taste of summer in the dead of winter" food.

Plenty is excellent, my friend has it and I have sampled quite a few things. I need all 3 books. I have also taken googling Ottolenghi plus whatever ingredient I want. The Guardian has a lot if his recipes.
