I thought I'd make this for a dinner party Saturday evening. The recipe calls for 2 medium green chilis, no other description given. Any suggestions for what I should use? I've never tasted the salad so have not idea how hot or even if it's hot. Thanks, fitzie |

Fitzie, Not sure. Personally, I'd split the difference and try to find some spicier anaheims. Otherwise, seeded jalopenos, but only if you know the other guests like hot. |
