On of my recent favs from that book is chicken lady chicken. Overall is it a very enjoyable book.

You know, I have this book and enjoyed it but I have never cooked out of it. I'll have to check the Chicken Lady recipe. Let me know of any other favorites.

One of my favorites is the mustard chicken shown on the cover. It's an easy weeknight meal - 30-45 minutes to the table, mostly unattended.
