I just took this book out of the library and the first random recipe I opened to was Duck Breast with Blackberries. I think I'm seriously going to like this book.

Welcome to the Board!

I wouldn't recommend Fat for a vegetarian. Large portions of the book are devoted to lard, beef fat, etc.
