Actually I've used the ironing board trick. Didn't know it was a CI tip. A friend and I make cookies at Christmas and we set up her ironing board plus a card table to hold the overflow from the dining room and kitchen tables. My mother used it, too. I wouldn't put any heavy pots on it, but it works fine for things like cookies. fitzie |
