JB, Yeah, every posh restaurant in town (plus a burger place) is having a Foie Gras special this weekend. Given how quickly they obtained it, you can tell that they were selling it off-menu anyway. Congratulations, PETA! You've taken foie gras from a weird food for middle-aged posh eateries, and made it trendy for hipsters as a rebel food, ensuring a whole new generation of customers for the foie gras farmers.
